Treemen Industries, Inc. was established in 1998 as a multi-process manufacturing company and is currently serving the architectural and automotive lighting markets. From the beginning, Treemen was founded upon unwavering quality standards and the guiding light of scripture.
Treemen is a veteran-owned, minority business located in NE Ohio that has 91,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing floor capacity. The Quality Management System of Treemen Industries is IATF 16949 : 2016 and ISO 9001 : 2015 certified.
Current processes include assembly using one-piece production, vacuum metallization using physical vapor deposition (PVD) vacuum chambers with in-chamber topcoat capable of producing highly reflective, cosmetically desirable parts along with a robotic and manual spray booth utilizing basecoat/clearcoat protective coatings with ultraviolet (UV) or thermal cure, and thermoplastic injection molding.
Treemen is dedicated to being a world-class architectural lighting, commercial lighting, automotive lighting, and safety product supplier and is proud to operate as a disciplined JIT manufacturing company.
