At Treemen, quality is our number one standard. Our thermoplastic injection molding division utilizes Mitsubishi and Krauss-Maffei presses ranging from 90 to 500 tons. Automated robots, custom end of arm tooling, and conveyors remove parts both consistently and efficiently for an effective manufacturing process and quality inspection, and our 5-ton overhead crane allows for quick, seamless mold changes.
THE INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS
Our facilities are equipped with 15 machines capable of processing various grades of plastic, including high-temperature grades: PC, HT-PC, PC/ABS, PPS, PEI/Ultem, ABS, Acrylic-PMMA, ASA, Nylon, PBT, PAR, PP, etc.
Injection molding is the most common process for mass production of complex plastics that require tight dimensional tolerances. Our tooling maintenance program enables us to continuously provide high quality parts to our clients on time.
We are capable of supporting both high- and low-volume programs within the architectural and automotive lighting industries and have been successfully supplying Tier 1 lighting clients for more than 20 years.
